Mini spiderman a.k.a. "Rady" loves to show everyone his chest hairs...if you look really really hard you can see them...!!

Jared...Still a kid at heart...

My husband is such a funny man...it cracks me up that his sense of humor involves still being a kid at heart...here are some examples: yesterday Rady found some spiderman slippers and me being the sucker bought them for him...we showed them to Jared and he thought they were so cool he wanted a pair...at church on Sunday Rady tossed his sippy cup up a couple of rows and Mary turned around and asked Jared if it was his, and without skipping a beat he proudly said yes...He loves his potato heads Rady got him and his dukes of hazzard horn on the semi truck...You gotta love him...He has an awesome sense of humor and loves to tease (especially pulling one over on his mother!!!)

Kid's...what can ya do?!

The first picture is Rady and the neighbor boy across the street being goofy...they put on the glasses from Jared's Mr. Potato head collection...had to take a picture...the other picture is when we went bowling with Jared's family in Colorado...I'm not sure if Rady was just trying to be friendly or flirtatious...What's a mother to do?:)

Tip of the Day: Never ever drop an unopened can of soda pop on your toe unless you want it to hurt like no other or you really hate the person!!!

Open mouth...Insert Foot!!

How many times have you been in the middle of a conversation and you say something stupid, or say something and it comes out the wrong way...then your kicking yourself for the rest of the day for saying it...I have been doing that alot lately and I feel like such a loser...I'm not a person that is as outgoing as I wish I could be, and shy at times, but it makes it worse when you open your mouth and say something really dumb...I don't have that many friends and its probably my own fault...I wish I was better in the social department, so if anyone has any suggestions I would welcome them:0)

The Holidays...My favorite time of year:0)

The Holidays are my favorite time of the year...with all the festivities and the family get-to-gethers...I hung up lights on our house and fence...and the other night we went and picked out a christmas tree(a real one...none of that fake stuff)...This picture was taken right after we decorated the tree...I just haven't decided which reindeer Rady is!!!

Geneology...It's an awesome thing!!!

Because of the bad economy Jared and I decided to jump into something new...We bought a semi truck and now Jared is driving truck for a living...We went down to Colorado for two weeks during the holidays to pick up a trailer and get things squared away for our new adventure...By the way when you're away from your own home for two weeks its hard sometimes to entertain yourself (Jared laughed at me when we got home and I kissed the floor!)...Anyways, between Rady trying to get out of the semi truck by himself and getting a big cut over his eye after falling, and flat tires, etc...we are doing well...While I was there in Colorado my mother in law and I went over to the Sanford, CO cemetary and found lots of Crowthers buried there...this headstone is my great great great grandparents...My mother in law had a book about Sanford that had a two page history about Thomas Crowther and how he came from England and wanted to find the gospel...He had the missionary discussions and after he and Jane saved $2.50 cents to go to Zion (Salt Lake) they settled in Sanford...So I guess you could say he was the one that started it all...I also found a book of Crowthers from Fountain Green UT that has a bunch of my relatives in it that I ordered...I think its kinda cool to read about your ancestors and the history...

What's your kid's favorite toy?

It's interesting some of the toys and things that kids seem to be attached to...Rady has this semi truck "Mack" from the movie "CARS" that he takes everywhere with him...he sleeps with it, puts it in the tub with him, and has to take it in the car with him...His snoopy blanky is the same way...He likes to take it everywhere too, even to church...Do your kids have a favorite toy or blanky?
