This was Rady's birthday present...he hopped on and after a few pushes he was tearin' up the drive way all by himself!!!It's the first toy he's gotten that has pedals...WHOO HOO!!!

Three Year Olds...AAAHHH!!!

For all of the mothers who struggle with potty training your kids I give the award of the century to...Several months ago I bought one of those little plastic potties to start training Rady...I opened the box and set it up, put Rady on the pot and told him to go potty...He sat on there for about two hours til he finally went...it worked for the first few days and then he pooped on my couch!!!I cried for the rest of the night...Jared and I are still trying to get him to do it...He knows how to do everything except go #2 in the toilet...I have tried giving him cookies, stickers, and even bought him underpants, but nothing works...and to top it all off, tonight he flooded the house by shoving the whole roll of toilet paper down the toilet(and Jared is out of town)!!!He will only go potty when he feels like it...Anybody got any other ideas???HELP!!!!

This is Rady on the hunt for Easter eggs in our backyard...Him and Jared colored eggs the night before and then the easter bunny showed up a little late that morning...We had a big ham dinner and played games with Tiffany & Spencer...

Jared and I were married January 19, 2008...Lynnette is from Burley Idaho and Jared is from La Jara Colorado...together we have two kids...

Old Faithful and a snow machine

Today is the 19th of March...My husband and I were married exactly two months ago...This is a picture of us in front of Old Faithful in Yellowstone National Park...Jared booked us a snowmobile expedition for our honeymoon...We each got to ride our own snow machines all day thru the park...The temperature was about 30 below but the sun was shining and we had a blast...

Intro to all these monkeys

I decided it was high time to quit being a quiet little mouse in the corner...Shyness has been one of my many weaknesses that I have tried to overcome since high school...I only went out on one date in high school...I don't volunteer for anything that would require me to get up in front of people...and I try not to attract attention to myself....So here's to being more social...My son has always reminded me of a curious little monkey, and since our family is full of goofs and big time teasers-hence the name barrel of monkeys!!!
